"THIS IS WHY I WATCH EUROVISION!": The internet reacts to semi-final #2

Yodelling fusion genres, Beauty and the Beast references, an engagement, and "Bulgarian Troye Sivan" - the internet reacted with utmost enthusiasm to the second semi-final of the Eurovision Song Contest in Kyiv, Ukraine.

The second semi-final of the Eurovision Song Contest has happened early this morning in Kyiv, Ukraine. 

Anja Nissen (who is representing Denmark) , making 2017 the first year ever to have two Aussies in the Grand Final.

 

The entrants that made it through the final were Bulgaria, Belarus, Croatia, Hungary, Denmark, Israel, Romania, Norway, The Netherlands, and Austria. 

The internet reacted accordingly to the contest's second semi-final, which included yodelling, an engagement, 

There were many, many reactions to Romania's eclectic fusion of rap and yodelling:
Plenty of Australians celebrated the fact that not one, but two Aussies were going through the to the final - Anja Nissen also made it through to the final round as the entrant for Denmark:
There was the usual overwhelming amount of criticism, compliments and devastation over certain entrants not getting through:
But mostly, the internet did what it does best: So. Many. Jokes.
The Eurovision Song Contest will be broadcast over SBS’s Eurovision weekend - Friday 12 May, Saturday 13 May, and Grand Final Sunday 14 May at 7.30pm on SBS with LIVE early morning broadcasts begin Wednesday 10 May at 5am on SBS.
