With last year's Brooklyn Nine Nine season finale ending on the wedding of Jake and Amy, it makes all the sense in the world that we would rejoin them on their Honeymoon. And it makes all the Brooklyn Nine Nine sense in the world that Captain Holt would be right there to join them on their honeymoon.
On their honeymoon, Jake is insistent that he and Amy follow the ABC's to any resort holiday vacation: Always Be Coconutting. At no point during their vacation does Jake want to not have a coconut-filled cocktail in his hand.
And boy does Brooklyn Nine Nine's power couple deliver on the promise.
As soon as they arrive at the resort, Jake lands two of these coconut bad boys:
They let the good times keep on rolling - when confronting his unwelcome boss, Jake is still rockin' the coconut cocktails.
Cocktails are still there when Amy breaks up with Jake - just kidding, that doesn't happen in the episode. But the coconut cocktails most certainly happen. Oh yeah!
