Evacuations have been delayed, with dozens of buses waiting to leave rebel-held areas with the last of the evacuees.

 

The International Committee of the Red Cross says more than 25,000 people have left the city already and all hospitals have also been evacuated.

 

But Khaled Sattouf, speaker for the Syrian Democratic Alliance in Australia, told Maya Jamieson there are many people left behind.
