Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy has asked for the creation of a Special Tribunal against Russia, during a speech at the United for Justice conference in Lviv. Zelenskiy also confirmed the development of a new International Criminal Court office in Ukraine, which he described as "a great event for justice". It comes as Russian forces continue their attempts to capture the city of Bakhmut in Ukraine's east, where the conflicts are escalating.
