French President Emmanuel Macron said on Monday that the arrest of Telegram founder Pavel Durov was not a political decision. Durov spent his second day in custody in France after his surprise arrest at Paris airport, AFP reported. Many questions have been raised about the timing and circumstances of Durov's detention, which, according to a source close to the case, has been extended until Wednesday.
