Police in the United States have arrested a man in connection with the murder of an Indian-Origin 7-Eleven store worker.
The arrested 23-year-old man has reportedly confessed to his crime.
Amanjeet Singh Toor, a store clerk at a 7-Eleven convenience store was shot dead on August 8 when an armed robber stormed into the store. The surveillance video captured the images of a masked gunman.

The arrested man has been charged with one count of murder, two counts of kidnapping and three counts of armed robbery, .
Phoenix police said he first denied any involvement in the crime, but after a failed polygraph test, he confessed.

36-year-old Amanjeet Singh Toor was moved to a back room along with another worker when the robber shot him after a struggle for the gun. Toor’s wife had joined him in the US just four months before his death.
His family released the following statement Saturday afternoon:
