An Indian-origin café owner in Auckland, New Zealand has had to face the ire of the owner of a trucking company, Barry Hart who is upset that his dues have not been paid despite repeated requests.

Hart is the director of Central Site Works Limited and owner of Central Trucking Limited and claims that he dumped the dirt outside Jaspal Singh’s café – Xotic Sweets & Snacks after Singh failed to repay about $88,000 worth of alleged unpaid bills.

Hart told that Mr. Singh had carried out some works behind his café which included demolishing a building and constructing new foundations.

Mr. Hart claims Mr Singh owes Central Site Works about $88,000 out of which $30,000 is owed to him. He also called Mr Singh several times about the debt but when he stopped returning Hart’s calls, he took matters into his own hands.

"It's disappointing that it's had to come to this, but I'd had a gutsful of it. I had to do something."

Hart dumped 4 truckloads of the "smelliest" dirt he could find outside the café on Saturday. He posted a video of the incident titled "when you don't pay, we take action" to his YouTube channel .
"We also intend to go in and take out all our drainage that hasn't been paid for - so all the pipes and what have you that are now under a building," Hart said, quoted by .

Hart, in his YouTube post has said, this is an "ongoing fight" and promises to continue to "tip waste and soil" on the property, "for as long as it takes to get them to pay our account".

He says he began working with the cafe owner in January and gave him a warning over the unpaid bills six weeks ago but, so far, has not seen any money.

Jasmeet Kaur, wife of the cafe owner Jaspal Singh, is quoted by Fairfax Media saying Hart and his company are "just idiots".

A complaint has been filed against Mr. Hart for trespassing but he has threatened to repeat this on Tuesday morning if Mr. Singh fails to pay up.
